Through traditional nutrition Leigh Anne has experienced restored health and wellness for herself after experiencing 3 years of fertility issues that led Western medical doctors to recommend a complete hysterectomy at the age of 24. Leigh Anne and Dr. Joseph were desperately trying to have children. After a lot of lifestyle changes toward a traditional whole food based diet, non-toxic natural living, acupuncture, Chinese herbs, energy and body work, and intensive chiropractic care; Leigh Anne and Dr. Joseph were finally able to conceive! Since these lifestyle changes their family has maintained wonderful health, are rarely ever sick, and recover very quickly at the times any of them do become sick.

Leigh Anne has most recently spent time specifically studying postpartum and lactation nutrition for mothers and pediatric nutrition. Leigh Anne is the leader in holistic pediatric nutrition and holistic baby-led weaning or baby-led feeding, and is the author of the “Nourishing Origin’s Holistic Baby-Led Feeding” workbook. Leigh Anne has successfully used this approach with her own children and currently teaches others how to implement a holistic based baby-led weaning or baby-led feeding approach to the introduction of solids.
